About Christ & Counseling

The goal of Christ & Counseling is to provide professional mental health support for my clients. Additionally, we want to promote Christ and mental health awareness in community spaces where negative stigmas are presented. We are here to encourage others to deepen their relationship with Christ while providing therapeutic techniques to better oneself mentally.
